Hi all
A plan is forming to come back to France in late September/October for a long weekend. We are hoping that our friend Dave can also join us with his Carawagon. We don’t want to travel too far from Calais, so Normandy is one of the places we may head. We have had several great holidays in the area and are looking forward to coming back.
Just wondered if anyone would like to meet up?
Cheers Mick

August 8, 2010 at 9:47 pm #3279HI Alex
Is this part of the softening up Louise for next easter plan Mick?
Yes and No. Living in a Dormobile is a skill that requires time to learn. I’m hoping the more we use Barney, the more Louise will learn to love her.

August 13, 2010 at 7:50 pm #3281Hey everyone,
Excuse my English ….. π³
I am a new and happy owner of a Land Rover DORMOBILE. It is with pleasure that I received in France with Michel and why not in the Bay of Somme or at the Historial of PΓ©ronne.
I admired his roof rack and I think that the designer will travel. I would be still possible to buy one?
Thank you in advance
GrattaAugust 13, 2010 at 9:50 pm #3282Hi Gratta
Your English is much better than my written French. We are happy to have our short holiday anywhere in Northern France that will have us. Our worry is that lots of camp sites will be closed. Meeting up with other Dormobile owners would be great. All suggestions gratefully received.
As for the roofracks, yes, they are still available, but I only make them in batches to keep the cost down. If you want one, I will publicise them again and see if I can get others interested. They sell for Β£295.00
Cheers Mick
August 14, 2010 at 5:26 am #3283hi mick,
I go a few days to holidays in Bretagne and in my return with Gratta, we study your coming, our reunion
I espere that we shall be many πAugust 20, 2010 at 9:32 pm #3284Hi All
Louise has taken an executive decision and booked her birthday off work and the also the following day. This means we are aiming to be in France from the 21st-24th October 2010. We now need to find somewhere to camp that is open in October. It would be great to meet up with any members who are in Northern France.
Cheers Mick
