A conversion on the popular Ford Escort van, this was similar in layout to the Bedford HA Roma, with a sliding and folding rear bench seat making a double bed ( using the drop down, canopied rear hatch to give sufficient length to the bed ). A folding sink. . A bunk bed was in the elevating roof.
