Well its the spring and soon to be summer, so we have looked at doing some trips with the 110.
Plans are to tour southern Ireland in April, with a trip to the mountains and do some sea canoeing along the southern coast.
Route has been penciled in and the wagon prepped and serviced ready to roll.
plan is to cross by ferry from Pembroke to Rosslare, then potter up to Tipperary and all points west, then down the west coast to the south and then to paddle and finishing back at Cork then home – about 10days in all camping all the time …
next trip in the pipeline is to cycle the Danube from Germany to Hungary thought Austria some time round September….
We are planning to drive over from the UK via Dover – Calais, or Harwich – Hock of Holland, then on to Germany, we are meeting up with family so will do a shuffle with the vehicles and have one at the finish of each day, then pop back and pick up the car left at the start….its easier than it sounds but will be nice to have the 110 and not have to carry a tent and food etc on the bikes.
The ride will take about 5 days so we are going to have a few days in the alps touring around and enjoying the views!
So both have a very relaxed itineraries compared to our normal mega mile trips we have done in the past.
I’ll up date when we get back from them to give some pics and a report
