Seat belts in a Debonair?

I’d like to fit two lap belts on the rear bench seat of our 1969 Debonair but there’s a water tank under the right hand end of the seat so I’m not sure where I’d put the anchoring for the belt. Has anyone done this?

I bolted the seat down at the right hand side (through the floor) and put lap belts onto the seat frame.
The vehicle is just wood and fibreglass, so don’t crash. I have them to stop the kids rattling round.
