replacement roof canvas

we have a 1962 rhd v.w dormy and it needs a new canvas, its just about going to last us until the end of the season, does anyone know if a particular company fits and supplies them? i have tried the dormy website but when i click on v.w’s it says its updating and it has been doin this for about a year? thanks

Although the Dormobile Ltd website is inactive, the company is trading (when I last checked) and will supply new ‘original’ canvas for Landrover and VW. They will give you a 10% discount if you join the Dormobile Owners Club, (£17).

The number I have for them is 02380 733424, if this does not work let me know and I’ll try and make contact another way, you might have to be patient getting through, it’s a very small operation with only 2/3 people doing all the work, so if they are out and about you might not get a quick response.

Hi , have you tried Individual Interiors at http://www.campershop.co.uk.

They make the bellows for VW Dormobile and Westphalia and a couple of others whose name escapes me!

thanks for that grumpy i rang them but unfortunatly they dont do a dormobile roof for a split?!?!?! one of the hazards of owning one of only two in the country!! there must be somone out ther as i have seen loads of devon splits with a dormy roof on?
