Hi all,
I’ve just joined the forum and the world of Dormobiles after a 15 year stint of playing with Minis….
Fancied a change and a new challenge. picked up a ’60 Bedford CA that I spied on Ebay. Apparently it had been dry stored since ’81. The condition certainly looks like it has spent half its life laid up, as there seems to be VERY LITTLE rot. Mechanically speaking, all seems fairly good too*. Waiting for the wheels to come back from being shot blasted and powdercoated. Then new tyres, which are ready to be fitted…. Then MOT. The aim is to get it road legal then do a few cosmetic improvements in the next few months and a full respray next year if all works out OK. Cheers, Andy.

hi andy love to see some pictures of your van it seems that you or doing the same as i have done my van had for 35 years look at my picktures . a sorest most of my parts of ebay and as for the colour code their isn/t one the best thing to do is to mach it up with colour chips . dave
