Land Rover "Top Up" Switch wanted

Hello all-

I am looking for a complete top-up light switch for my ’67 LR Dormobile. This is the type where the switch plunger acts directly onto the lifting arm, and the switch is supported off the roof by a standoff. Borrowing a link from TeriAnn’s excellent site, this is the type I am looking for:

I need both switch and standoff. Or if anyone knows some other application of the same switch, that would help my search.
