    Hello,

Here is a pic of my 1972 LandRover Dormobile.

    I love it!

I’ve only a few minor adjustments still to make ,like finding some original front seats & maybe fitting a slightly bigger engine.

G’day from down under, your vehicle looks to be in good condition. Any interior pics ?? Is it original ?? Rebuilt ??

      G’day Jerry,

It’s all original, the only thing that’s not are the two front seats which I’m trying to replace with originals so that I can make a decent bed.

I’ll take some interior pics as the only ones I’ve got just show me swigging tea! 😆

This looks like the Dormobile that was for sale by H+H Auctions ??? If so I’m glad you removed the paint from the tyres 😆
I’m glad that it’s staying in the uk, have you any plans for it ?? travel etc.

        Look forward to more pics

        G’day Jerry,

Well spotted! Yes,it’s the one from H&H last December. I bid for it over the phone on the strength of a set of pics on their flickr page which was nerve wracking to say the least.I’ve never phone bid on anything before, let alone on something I’d never seen in the flesh,so to speak! So I wasn’t really sure what I’d bought til I finally got it home about a month later and was mightily relieved to find the the old girl’s in pretty good shape.Phew!!!!

That’s exactly how I purchased mine too, from one photograph 🙂 I have no regrets though as it’s only cosmetic work to be done on mine.
