      Does any one have an new fuel pump for a 1969 CA , or do you know is the CA pump common to other Bedford / Vaxhaul models.

        What is the problem with your fuel pump?
        People sells overhauling kits on Ebay and there is even a new one right now for an earlier van.

          It is leaking from the base so I think the body may be craked , so rather tha paying £9 for a kit which may not solve it I would rather fit a new one.

            For any one that”s interested .
            I removed the pump , the diaphram had seen better days and was probably leaking fuel out of the breather hole , so a kit should fix it.

              hi phil mine was leaking between the glass bowl and the base the rubber seal had gone hard so i made a cork one put it in and tightened the glass bowl up and solved the problem . cud be the same dave
