Front seat belts

I would like to change my seat belts from the old static type to inertia type, as my wife is pregnant, and it will make life easier.

Two questions really………
A. Are there an”universal” seatbelts out there, where I could use the original fixing points?

B. Anyone know where I can get some?

Sorry my bad, Florence is a 1969 Bedford CA Romany, baby born since original post so, not only looking for inertia belts, but a decent belt system for the back seats too
