This is the only photo I can find of a Fiat Dormobile. There were two other camper conversions around in the 1970s – the Fargo and the Fiesta with different elevating roofs. You can tell the Dormobile by its one-piece side windows, and the curved rear corner windows. I think that’s because they used the estate car (Panorama) as a base, rather than the van like the other two.
