Driver and Passenger window rubbers for a CA

Hi,
I have some in my van already, however they are fairly perished and the other day during the rain and snow I discovered that one of them might leak. I would very much like to get some new ones so that I know they will last and be water tight.

Does anyone know where I can get rubbers to fit these windows? Would it be advisable, or inadvisable, to find a rubber that is of a similar profile and dimension and create the loop to fit round the inside of the window and heat (or chemical) seal both of the ends together, or is it possible to still buy the rubbers in one looped piece?

Any kind of help or suggestions are greatly welcomed 🙂
