Dad’s Dormobiles……..

My mum recently passed on some pics of my dad’s “Dormobiles” that he’d owned over the years 😀 He was rather keen on the Bedford CA Dormobiles and I’ve enclosed a few pics of the photos that I’ve received. He owned two or three others but there are no pics of them. Later he owned the Volkswagen, a Toyota Hiace and a Fiat (not Dormobiles)
I remember as a boy (1960’s) going on many camping adventures in the Bedfords and having a good time, maybe that’s why I’m so keen on the “Landrover Dormobiles” as I still love exploring, camping and going off road 🙂Would be nice to think that maybe one survived, he was always tinkering with them and painting them. Quality not too good as I took pics of the pics with my mobile phone.
