cannot send a PM??

Hi Johny
I am posting this here because I was unable to PM you – which in itself makes me wonder, never mind :
My friend “michel.j” has had his computer remapped (yes it does hurt a little) and lost his direct login to this forum. He thought he had the correct password but not, and got rejected after a few attempts.
Could you please at all assist him in rejoining this great community?
I do write to you on his behalf as he does not speak a word of english…

Hi Marc, Yes I got this, the regaila is held by the Club Treasurer I’ve asked for this to be sent and am waiting for a replay to confirm. Currently they are away this weekend, but will call them tomorrow and get an answer for you.

Marc, we’ve tested the PM’s and it’s not causing us any issues, check the options for the account as it’s possible to turn off PM’s

Tried again and here is what I get :

I have tried to PM to other members and it works OK, seems to be only when PMing you…

I am not sure where I should check fot PM off, I certainly never changed my profile basic setup 😕
