    Hi,
I am now at the stage of trying to find rubbers to fit various gappy/draughty areas of our van.

Currently I am trying to find a suitable rubber for the revolving side windows on my CA. I found a suitable rubber to fit on the rear of the swivel windows, it slots over the glass and has a seal that sits on the external side of the fixed glass, so when the window rotates open the rubber moves away from the external fixed glass.

I was hoping to use the same type of rubber (seal number 134 from Kent Trim Supplies) on the gap at the front of the rotating windows, however the gap is too thin for the edge of the runner to fit in.

Does anyone know what kind of rubbers or profile or rubber seals were used on the front half of these windows? I would be tempted to leave them with the gap, but I can just see that if it rains and I’m driving them the water will run down the window to the rear of the van and through the gap soaking the inside.

Any help or ideas are greatly welcomed. Many thanks,
    Martin

I think that my van had an original rubber, similar to the one you put, when I bought it.
It was close to Woolies R1505 trim but with a longer lip. I must admit that I haven’t found the same design so far.

For the front, I have choosen a standard U shape rubber cut to size and put on both the big and the moving window. The gap is filled when the window is closed. I bought it from a modern camper shop.
