Barney’s Summer Holiday 2010

Hi all

I have now been shamed by AlexB’s and Bea’s holiday snaps into posting some of our holiday snaps from this summer. We had a great holiday and it was great to meet up with Ant (Tony) and JKHackney (Jeremy).

Made it to Dover. No Curtains yet.

Day 2 in France. Curtains fitted in the Aires de Service in Calais at midnight.

Made it to the Alps. Shame the weather was poor. The mountain appeared for a few seconds and that was that. Rain and more rain.

Two days in Cluny. Great weather, finally got to use the BBQ.

We left Cluny the next morning and with a mile the fan belt broke. All the parts shops were on holiday, so Barney came home on a Lorry. We had to suffer a Merc.

great to see the rest of your trip! What, no pictures of 😈 😈 when the belt broke?!

I’m glad the clouds lifted so William got to see the mountains at last.

Where did you come from, exactly, when you arrived at Martigny? And which way did you leave us?
