hi all
porthole bedford ca dormobile 1959 comeing up for sale
this van is a bit of a rarety as it does not have the rear wheel covers on it. its not a split front screen i have been told its one of five left in the uk
i am in the middle of repainting the van the bodywork will be done it wil need the seat recovering this will be a good winter project for some one as i have not got the room for it anymore it will be a lovely van

Is the car running? Motor , Gearbox and so one… Are together with the car all the necessary parts to complete restoration?

yes the van runs and gears or all there exhaust manifold is blowing needs gasket 1porthol glass is missing . 1rear window rubber is missing .brakes need looking at the hand brake works the worst thin is the in side of the van seat covers and probable some new hardboard on the sides and new wooden floor and lino. like i said this is a good winter project

I think it’s a really nice van, shame its so far away form me as could afford it otherwise 🙁 but what with transport costs it is way out of my price range..

no its still for sale i thought i give this site a chance first no.one seems to be interested i ham going to give it 2 more weeks on here and then i will put it on ebay
