Hi all, some know me, some don’t… I am the owner of a early 62′ 2.25 petrol dormobile called ‘the wagon’. Apart from a weird Martin Walters build number (I have all the original documentation) my front wings have a single line of chrome trim and no dormobile lettering? Does anyone else have anything similar, it looks totally original and there are no holes for anything else… I have a small Martin Walters badge under the rear Station Wagon badge and what looks like an over-painted build plate in the glovebox. I feel particularly lucky that this is a very original vehicle although I may ditch the dynamo for an alternator and re-chrome the ashtray 😉

      Cheers, Dan

Hello Dan , hello Alex , nice to have some new owners in the forum
I lost one wing Dormoble badge on the road to Marocco this summer , Petit prince told me that it’s not ever available at Dormobile UK but he tries to remanufacture them , perhaps can he intervene here ?
Dan , there are 3 types of badges , I show you the pictures of my badge correct and what happen when the glue is not good :

            Thanks Michel,

Maybe 4, these are my wings, they seem 100% original and have no other holes for additional decals?

Never seen this before , all the badges known have the name of the manufacturer ! but it’s always nice to keep parts that have been put by a previous owner , it is the history of the car , there scar too sometime
