In order to avoid opening and refitting before changing, has anybody got the references of the front wheel bearings and races for the Mk2 CA?

I just replaced all my front wheel bearings oin a mark 2, I have the references but back at home (be back there on wednesday) but I checked my local bearing supplier and he couldn’t beat Peter Dobbs 01484 308 092 (great bloke to know and has loads of CA spares at reasonable prices) I think I paid about £50 fo all the bearings. You might also need to replace the back bearing oil seal (which is not easilly available) again these are a £5 each from pete.

Sorry for the late reply but I kept forgetting to find my bin with the old bearings in them. You have proberbaly sorted this by now but it might be useful reference for anyone in future. the front wheel bearings are:
30206 – Larger inner bearing
30204 – Smaller outer bearing.For reference this was quite an easy job to do, no special tools were required but a second pair of hands did make the job a lot easier. a bearing press would have been useful but like most people a large socket and hammer got the new bearing back in!

ps. you might need to replace the rear grease seal, these are very rare so be careful removing the ones that you have!!!
