WANTED: Gear stick (and where can I buy a new light switch?)

Somebody managed to snapped our gear stick the other day so we had commissioned a new one to be fabricated. It is, however, proving more difficult than we had expected. Does anyone have a gear stick from a 4-Speed CA that they would be willing to sell?
Does anyone know where I can buy a new push/ pull light switch? I have seen one on eBay but it doesn’t have the correct toggle.
I have broken mine and replaced it in a hurry with a wardrobe cloth hanger rod (don’t know if it’s clear… 🙄 ). It worked so well that I didn’t put back the repaired one for 1 year. Finding a replacement stick is very tricky, once or twice a year one comes on sell on BayBay. I bought a replacement one from there but honestly I am wondering if a 3 speed stick won’t do the same job as the pulling device for reverse is just for safety and going in reverse by mistake would be very surprising…
