one of Britains best loved comedy actors, sadly passed away last night. We have truly lost one of the worlds greatest comediens. I saw a program last year about the life Norman was leading after his retirement. I think he was living with his Daughter at the time as he was in the early stages of “old age” shall we say, and Norman and his Daughter had picked up his grandson from school. Norman loved the kids and was a little shocked that a little boy knew who he was.

Norman thought the little boy knew him as Norman Wisdom the actor and comedien, but in fact he only knew him as his grandsons Granda. Poor Norman.

Rest in Peace Sir Norman, you have, and still will, give me many hours of laughter as I watch your films.
