New Dormobile seats ….

Just as a heads up –
Had a contact from a chap who has just bought a full set of new seats from ‘Dormobile’ and he wasnt happy.
Aparently he was told that the company has ran out of the blue style front seats, so had comissioned new ones to be built in the UK
The seats supplied were ‘new prototype model’ and were not very good as they didnt link with the back seats when folded out flat, didn’t actaualy fold down flat, nor had a variable height swab on the front seat.

Whilst its good that the company is looking to keep the brand alive, it seems that they may have forgoten the function of the seats is to sit on and drive as well as sleep on.
Hope to follow this up with more info later when the ‘non-prototype’ seats are deliverd.
So if you, or some one you know, are looking to buy the new seats from Dormobile, mabe hang on for a wee while till they get this ‘tweaked’ !
