Austin 11/1300 and Morris 11/1300

Am I right that the Austin 1100 and 1300 are the same cars just with different sized engines, 1.1 and 1.3? likewise the Morris 1100 and 1300?

What then is the difference between the Austin 1100 and Morris 1100 and Austin 1300 and Morris 1300?
