Too bad it is a Series III!

The repairs he made sound too familiar … they all break in the same places I guess. It looks like he did wonderful work. I hope he finds a nice home for it!

Hi Marc,

Today I coincidentally found out on the German Land Rover Forum (blacklandy.de) that it is in Rhein-Neckar in Germany. It seems to be in a good home.

He is already looking for a wide front passenger seat (the Dormobile front seat in the SIII is narrow. You can’t make the “wide bed”, just the two separate beds.)

I’ll let him know about this club and the several other owners of Dormobiles on the Continent.
