Bay of the Somme sounds convenient to Calais.
But it’s not in Normandy and I did promise my wife a few days in Normandy? We looked at this Site http://www.lyons.tourisme.free.fr/camping.htm We passed through Lyon la Foret a few years ago and it is a very pritty place.
Just not sure how they will react if 8 old Land Rovers turn up to camp?
Will we be able to have a camp fire?
Will we be able to have a BBQ?
Are you local ladds intending to camp with us?
Yes, so far, we 5 Land Rover Campers (2 Dormobiles, 2 Carawagons and 1 Unknown manufacturer) hoping to come on the trip. I have been told that all people have booked the time off work, so it is just down to getting the vehicles ready.
