I don’t like being tied to a strict itinerary either! Around the weekend 24-25 July seems a possibility. I’m about 20 minutes from Martigny, which is the other side of the Col de la Forclaz between Chamonix and Switzerland. If that’s not too far out of your way, perhaps we could organise something?
michel.j has suggested a meeting in the Autumn at this little site between Compiegne and Soissons

He also said they are thinking about a reunion at a classic camper meeting for next Spring.
