Looking at the interior, it is a 1964 (steering wheel, wipers motors),
Headlamps on wings are bugeye type, these appeared in about 1968.
So you have either “new” wings or you have additional headlights fitted on older wings.
What is clear is that the dormobile side flasher is missing on the wing (has been removed, or has it eveer existed?).
For a 1964 model, these should look like this:

The red light on the roof is definitely not a dormobile standard fixture, but may be a add on to comply with loval regulations or some tuning attempt from a previous owner?
This vehicle has a story, that is for sure, it may be a genuine one, but with these pictures and an incomplete chassis number, it is not possible – for me – to give you a firm view,
