Not seen any with awnings, and thinking about it, not sure you would find suitable place to install the guide rails for an awning. Gutter rail is not really thick enough unless you had some means to clamp the guide rails and anything above would interfere with the roof closing.
Option would be one of those driveaway tents which fit on the back, main complaint would appear they are a bit fiddly to attach to the back of the vehicle.
