On advice from a local supplier of marquee tents have wiped over internal and external canopy surfaces with diluted bleach solution and left to dry. This guy swears it works for his tents and they frequently get stuffed away for months at a time whilst still wet and no problem with mould/mildew……..time will tell.
I will certainly be using it, just not with grandson in tow until all signs of mildew are gone, have plans to go to Newark show 16/17th July with it.
Body paint (Eastnor Green) was applied just with regular spray, the roof (Limestone) was done with roller, but is one of the list of things to be redone just as soon as time permits……..but looks like the AC option will move down the wishlist quite a distance, cheapest price so far quoted is £2000. 😥
